Terms of Service
Last updated 31 October 2026 · Raw Exposure
1. Who you are contracting with
FuelLab is operated by Raw Exposure, an Australian business with a registered ABN ("we", "us"). When you use FuelLab, you are entering into an agreement with Raw Exposure.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use FuelLab, you agree to these terms. If you use FuelLab on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must be of legal age to enter a contract where you live.
3. The service
FuelLab analyses activity files you upload (for example from Strava, Garmin, TrainerRoad or TrainingPeaks) and produces fuelling, hydration and timing suggestions, plus optional workout alert files for compatible devices. A free plan and a paid Pro subscription are available.
FuelLab gives general guidance only and is not medical or dietetic advice. Check with a qualified health professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy or intolerance.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse FuelLab, including by:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
- uploading content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
- interfering with its security — for example introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
- reverse engineering it, reselling or redistributing it, or getting around plan limits.
6. Intellectual property
Raw Exposure owns FuelLab, including its software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the activity files and profile details you provide, and give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Pro costs AUD$20.00/year. First month free; after the trial, the annual subscription fee is charged and Pro renews yearly until cancelled. Cancel before the free month ends to avoid being charged. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We work to keep FuelLab running well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You can stop using FuelLab at any time. When your account ends we delete your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them; continued use after changes means you accept them. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent.
